Balance the Scales

The Military Justice System Is Broken—
CMDF Inc. WILL Fix It.

Funding civilian legal defense for service members facing injustice in military courts and administrative proceedings.

The Problem

Unchecked Authority

Commanders control nearly every aspect of military justice, with systematic issues including unlawful command influence and inadequate legal resources for service members.

Inadequate Defense

Military defense attorneys often lack the expertise and resources to counter aggressive prosecution tactics employed against our service members.

Mental Health Crisis

More than one-third of military suicides are connected to investigation threats or involuntary separation. This is unacceptable.

Our Solution

CMDF Inc. WILL fund high-level, civilian legal defense teams and leverage civilian litigation tools to defend service members and veterans.

Elite Legal Teams

We fund experienced civilian attorneys who specialize in military justice and know how to navigate complex court-martial proceedings.

📄

Civilian Tools

Leveraging FOIA requests, federal injunctions, and other civilian litigation tools that military attorneys cannot easily access.

Mental Health Support

Providing essential mental health resources to service members and their families during legal battles.

Accountability

Working to hold the military justice system accountable through transparency and advocacy.

Our Commitment

  • CMDF Inc. WILL fund elite civilian legal defense for service members facing injustice
  • CMDF Inc. WILL use FOIA requests and federal injunctions to uncover the truth
  • CMDF Inc. WILL provide mental health resources during the fight
  • CMDF Inc. WILL hold the military justice system accountable
